Returns / Refunds

​

Any food is non-refundable, but in the rare circumstance there is a problem with your order please contact us. 

We do not offer refunds for items that arrive after the occasion, IE Christmas. We hope you understand that once it leaves us, we can't be responsible for how long the postal service takes to deliver your goods

We post with Royal Mail Tracked. If you haven't received your fudge, please let us know and we can track it for you to see if it has been delivered.
We don't offer refunds for lost parcels, but we will send you a replacement if Royal Mail are saying it hasn't been delivered.

These terms apply to your order.

 

Payment

We Accept Payments using PayPal and all major credit cards, don't worry if you don't have a Paypal account, just click pay with card at the Paypal screen to complete your purchase.

Delivery

​

We offer free standard shipping 2nd class Royal Mail, but you can choose to send it 1st class for a small cost

​

Handmade 

​

All our fudge is handmade and has been cooked in traditional copper boiling pans

​

Vegan and Gluten Free 

​

Physical Shop

​

We do have a Physical shop in the sea side town of Weston-super-Mare in Somerset. If you are visiting the area please do come in and see us at The Beach Hut, opposite the pier and the beach. 

​

Shelf Life of Fudge

​

The fudge is continuously made, so the expiry date will  vary on each flavour, but we will always try and send you fudge that has at least a months shelf life on it. Please feel free to message me if you would like more information on this.

When will my order arrive?

​

We use Royal Mail as our delivery service.

We send all our fudge boxes 2nd class, which takes 2-3 working days but please note this is Royal Mails guide and not a guarantee

For an additional small cost you can chose Royal Mail 1st class and this is 1-2 working days.

​

Please note  - if you are ordering for an occasion IE Mother's Day, Valentine's Day etc, please order with plenty of time. and especially over Christmas, as this can take up  to a week and sometimes longer, depending on the backlog. Please take into consideration Bank Holidays and Sundays too. 

​

We take all our post to the post office at around 4pm Monday to Friday. If you order late in the afternoon your order will be sent the next day. The delivery time IE 2-3 days will start the day after the parcel is taken to the post office.

Specific Date 

​

When you order, it gives you the option to pick a date you would like us to send it, if you leave this blank we will send it asap.

Please note that we are unable to guarantee that your fudge box will arrive on a specific date, as it totally depends on Royal Mail's delivery service. This is the reason we offer the option to pick the date you would like us to send it and not when you would like them to receive it.

Personalised Message

​

We do offer a free personalised hand written message, You are able to add a message you would like when placing your order. Please try to keep this to a few lines of text so we can make sure we can fit the whole message onto the card for you.
